1. You CANNOT cancel an order once we have accepted it. Hence, you MUST decide what you want to order before you send us any orders.


2. Please note that we reserve the rights to cancel or refuse orders for items shown on our website with an incorrect price or with any other incorrect information.
   
   
3. If the goods do not arrive or delivery with the wrong goods or damaged products when you received them, you MUST call us within 2 days of receipt at (65) 67477472.
   
   
4. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing full details of your order. Our representative will be contacting you to confirm your order and advise you on the delivery date. Goods will take 7 working days to deliver for LOCAL customers.
   
   
5. It is your responsibility to check the goods on delivery. All our goods are sold to you with the benefit of the manufacturer’s warranty. We will accept returns of faulty goods notified to us within 1 day after receipt of goods.
   
   
6. Please note we do not accept returns of delivered orders, and opened products unless it is faulty.
   
   
7. Please notify us 7 days after our confirmation email of receipt of payment if you have not received any products that you ordered.

1. If the product is still within warranty period after delivery more than 5 days, we will assist you to resolve the problem under the manufacturer warranty. This may result in repair, replacement, or other assistance from manufacturer.
   
   
2. We do not accept returns of delivered orders and opened item unless they are faulty on arrival. Please contact us IMMEDIATELY if the product is damaged within 2 days. Otherwise, the product is considered not damage on arrival and will not be exchanged or refunded under this circumstance.
   
   
3. The product returned for exchange or refund MUST be in original packaging. We will not be responsible for any lost of returning orders.
   
   
4. Receipt must be presented during exchange or refund.
   
   
5. We WILL NOT exchange or refund if the product was purchased during promotion or discount period.
   
   
6. Please complete the RMA Form for exchange or refund.
